Assessing the Perceptions and Experiences of Nursing Assistant Training: A Study on CNA Certification Courses in Dubai
Training as a nursing assistant is essential for preparing people for careers in the healthcare industry. The need for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Dubai has been rising significantly. In order to determine the efficacy and general satisfaction of the training programmes, this article presents a study to evaluate the perspectives and experiences of people who have taken CNA certification courses in Dubai.
Methodology:
The study combined quantitative and qualitative interviews using a mixed-methods methodology. Through random sampling, individuals who had successfully completed a CNA certification course in Dubai were chosen as the sample. While the interviews offered more in-depth perspectives on the participants’ experiences, the survey questionnaire concentrated on how they perceived the training.
Impressions of CNA Certification Courses:
Participants’ impressions of various aspects of CNA Courses in Dubai were evaluated in the survey. Participants were asked to judge the training’s overall quality, the relevancy of the curriculum, and the efficiency of the teaching techniques. The findings showed that the majority of participants had favorable opinions of the movement and expressed satisfaction with the course material’s conformity to the requirements of the nursing assistant profession.

The results showed that many participants were confident about their career prospects and felt well-prepared for their responsibilities as CNAs. Areas for Improvement:
The survey also looked for ways to enhance the CNA training programmes offered in Dubai. The need for more thorough training in specialized fields, such as senior care or mental health support, was voiced by the participants. They also stressed the value of continuing professional development options for staying current with industry changes.
Conclusion:
Participants who had successfully completed CNA certification courses provided favorable feedback in the study on perspectives and experiences of the Nursing assistant course in dubai. The results emphasized the value of practical training, qualified teachers, and sufficient job preparation. The findings of this study can help policymakers and training organizations in Dubai improve the caliber and efficacy of CNA certification programmes. The training programmes can better provide nursing assistants with the skills and knowledge they need to provide high-quality care and support Dubai’s healthcare sector by tackling the areas that need development.
